Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The corner room I stayed in had fantastic views and all the required amenities, making it very comfortable for two people. The location was great, just a short walk to the metro and commercial area of Mongkok, with plenty to do nearby. The service was exceptional, with polite and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The dining options were good, offering both international and Asian choices. However, the dining experience could be improved with more variety. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were slightly bigger than what I expected and paid for, but I was disappointed with the stuffy and mildew smell. The service was quite courteous, but the overall operation of the hotel needs improvement. The location was good, not in the heart of all the tourist attractions, but still convenient. The dining experience was a mix of strange but good, with limited choices. Despite some drawbacks, the stay was overall satisfactory.
The hotel is centrally located between Mongkok and YauMaTei Stations, offering a comfortable and clean stay. The rooms are on the smaller side but cozy, with a slight initial smell. The service is attentive but could use some creativity in menu options. The location is convenient, not far from the metro and the bustling commercial area of Mongkok. The dining experience, while not a buffet, offers a variety of set meal choices. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.
The hotel rooms were a great size, offering plenty of space for our luggage and relaxation. Compared to other Hong Kong hotels, the room was okay, but we did notice a stuffy and mildew smell which was a downside. The service was excellent, with staff providing exceptional information to navigate Hong Kong with a smile, although there was one instance of unfriendly service with incorrect information given. The location was convenient, not too far from the main road and accessible from Hung Hom Station by cab, although it may not be upscale, it felt safe for tourists exploring the area. The dining options were a la carte with customizable choices, but of low quality according to my experience. The hotel had some positives and negatives but ultimately met our needs during the stay.
